Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress. She portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character on Season 10 of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney was born on the 14th of September 1999 at New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from The New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney was born in the same city as Emmy Rossum. Born in Manhattan, Kenney, 19 has a role as sassy mother Debbie in the cult Showtime TV series Shameless. While she was raised in Manhattan, the actress spent the majority of her childhood years living at home in Garden State. Kenney was also Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
