Eva Mendes was born in the United States and is an American actor, model and musician. Her talent was noticed by an agent and encouraged her to enter the world of entertainment. She made the decision to quit college and go into the industry of entertainment after a lot of thought. Her debut came in the movie 'Children of the Corn' from Fields of Terror. She did not like her performance. She spent plenty of time honing acting skills as well as appearing in a few low-budget productions to show her abilities. Even though it wasn't the most straightforward path to take, her pure willpower and perseverance were not unrewarded. The actress received fame and positive reviews for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career took off.
